Energy / Detoxing / Digestive / Immunity Smoothies

Even though they are really delicious, you do need to be careful about the sugar content in smoothies. In all of these recipes you can replace the juice with water, or coconut water.

Energy Smoothies: 

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • Handful red seedless grapes
  • ¾ cup apple juice

____________________________________________________________________________________________

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tangerines
  • ½ cup orange juice

Detoxing Smoothies:

  • 2 papayas
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ cup apple juice

____________________________________________________________________________________________

  • Handful chopped melon
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 – 6 ice cubes
  • Sparkling mineral water

Digestion Smoothie: 

  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 apples
  •  ½ cup apple juice

Immune Boosting Smoothies: 

Handful of:

  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Blackcurrants
  • 1 banana
  • 2/3 cup apple juice

  • 300ml chilled coconut water
  • 5 hulled strawberries
  • 2 rings of fresh pineapple
  • 1 stoned apricot
  • handful of gogi berries
  • ice (optional)
