Last Saturday I had four lovely ladies over for supper. There was a definite requirement for chocolate to feature on the menu – but given this was the fourth course it needed to be small. I found a recipe on bbcgoodfoodshow.com for Mars Bar Mousses.
The recipe was quick and easy – they were very very rich, so you want to serve these in tiny little espresso cups – the recipe only just stretched to filling 6 cups.
